Hearts and Homes for Refugees

Hearts and Homes for Refugees (HHR) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting refugee resettlement and integration. Founded in 2016, HHR partners with volunteers, community groups, and organizations to provide holistic support for refugees in the Lower Hudson Valley. They offer one-year resettlement programs, advocate for refugee-friendly policies, and engage in community-driven initiatives to help refugees rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. HHR's mission is to foster welcoming communities and empower refugees through education, advocacy, and volunteer involvement.
